Welcome to CTRead! CTRead is a new, original, and in-depth course dedicated to teaching junior residents how to interpret a CT Facial Bones scan and identify facial fractures. After completing this course, you will feel comfortable diagnosing all fractures of the face on a CT scan including injuries to the: mandible, maxilla, nasal bones, zygoma, orbit, and frontal sinus. Dr. Wendall Mascarenhas

Dr. Wendall Mascarenhas created CTRead and MRRead whilst a resident at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. His passion for education and research led him along with Dr. Daniel Richmond and Dr. Geneviève Chiasson to build a course that would educate residents on the interpretation of CT Facial Bones and MRI TMJ scans. He currently works in Private Practice in Toronto, Canada and is a part time faculty member at the University of Toronto's Oral and maxillofacial surgery Program.
